I also instruct Functional Fitness Classes for the Actively Aging, 5k Training on land and in the Pool, On Monday evenings I instruct a class called Yo-Body that combines Cardio Yoga with Regular Yoga.

Outside of work, I am the mother of two grown children, J.J. and Ashley. I am also the grand mother of five; Caden, Austin, Gavin, one grand daughter Kendal and her little brother, Bodhi. My husband James and I have been married for more than thirty years. I have lived in McCamey for over forty years, attended school here, raised my children here and plan on retiring here. I love working with the wonderful people of McCamey and the surrounding area every day. My goal is to make McCamey and the surrounding area a healthier place, one step at a time. Come join the FUN!!
