McCamey Hospital History

McCamey County Hospital District is located in the Frontier County of Upton County, a designated Medically Underserved Area and a Health Professional Shortage Area. The Hospital was built in 1967 and has grown over the years to include a Rural Health Clinic, a Nursing Home and most recently a Wellness Center. The Hospital District is governed by a five member Board of Directors who are elected by voters in the hospital district.
